Boarding our ferry which is a bit of a walk down stairs and out onto a pontoon so it was decided to hire a porter, he picks up four heavy suitcases and off he goes much to some of the groups embarrassment. No social welfare here so no work means no income - he earned about NZ$5.00 for carrying our bags.
